Other than the stock and fuel economy, I just know that level 2 is timing and fuel begins at 3 and above. Not sure of the exact power differences.

Thanks for the reply. Why would Quadzilla not include or post on thier web site the difference between the tunes. I really like the product but I don't like guessing about what tune to start pulling 10K in the hills. Well hopefully someone has more info and will chime in. Thanks again.

The amount of fueling seems to be directly related to the base tune. I think it would be tough to have a complete table for all those tunes. But you never know.

My friend called Quadzilla and was told that 1 is stock, 2 is timing, 3 is timing w/fuel at 95 horses and every number after 3 is 12 horse power more. The 2000 tunes pull harder in the begining.

HHMMM knowing the above what is zero? I was thinking 0 was stock but what do I know, absolutely nothing!!! SOOOO if I was to have a mechanic work on this or god forbid a dealer I should program it level 1 as quad say but back to stock before. Exactly what would you guys do b4 taking to somebody to work on like quad says put back to stock. Does that also mean remove all hard attachments and program to what exactly before doing that?

For some reason, I thought `0`was stock, `1` was `max mileage`, then the power comes on progressively from there... but I`ve been looking at so many tuners that I have no idea about the details. I have my Adr/pulse on the way so I'll see when I install it.

It is, 0 = stock, 1 = Mileage, 2 = Timing (fuel from data port), from 3 on, it uses a tapped wire for fuel. At least this is my understanding of what it is doing. You can really tell a difference from level 2 to level 3.

If you are going to use your warranty, I would definitely remove the unit from the truck. If you are over 100k, I would just turn it to level 0 and take it in. I have only had my truck back to the dealer once since I bought it for the VP44 that went out 25,000 miles ago. Truck was fairly stock back then. I am at over 95k miles now, hardly any warranty left.

over 100,000 so warranty is not an issue.
