quad commander

i have new truck without guages. i have a zillaraider to install but do not know if i should by quages or just buy the commander. what do you guys think. is it a good pda, price seems to good to be true.

I really like mine even though we can't get the fuel pressure gauge to read correctly. Quad is working with me on it though. It's personal preference I guess. But to get EGT/Boost/F. Press. / Rail Press/Water temp/ oil or transmission temp, defueling,warnings, warm up mode, adjustability on the fly, and upgrades via your laptop, it seems like a bargain to me. I bought the A pillar setup. I would definitely buy it again.

Oh, I just noticed you got a quad box, I would definitely get the Commander. Unless you just got tow module. Then you could just get a EGT stand alone. You would end up wanting more monitering though. Good Luck.

I've been looking at the comander aswell. I don't plan to use thier performance box, I just want the guages.

I'm tired of people 'oogling' and drooling all over my Commander! :-laf But I suppose I'll get over it. Be prepared for a few bugs... but Jeremy and the guys at Quad have been great to work with. They're getting a software update ready to send out and I'm sure it'll be all-good. Here's a pic of mine with their A-pillar mount. I say... "go-4-it!"

quad monitor and tow module

I have the tow module and the monitor with the pillar mount and it works great for me. just the standard monitor non fuel psi. With the tow module and it conected to monitor it changes to a adjustable box. 25hp, 45hp and 65hp.
