I have had my Quad race box for about 6-8 months now. It ran fine the first 2-3 months. I threw one code P0237 (turbocharger boost pressure sensor low)at about 3 months old. I had the code cleared and had the Fass system installed on my truck. Everything has been fine until the last 2 weeks. I keep getting the same 2 codes now,P0192 & P0237. I never threw any codes with my TS ramifier installed for 6 months,with no Fass installed on my truck. I have had the dealer and diesel shop check all connections and sensors,all is fine with them. I guess I will go back to the Ramifier or Edge box,maybe stock. Any thoughts?Thanks,coobie :{

Try checking your connection at the module itself. If you get a 0192 and a 0237 at the same time it is almost always a result of lost power to the module at least for a split second. If you have the box where you can see it you would see it re-start when this happens. All you need to do is make sure it is plugged in well, give it a little push and you probably won't have that problem.

Thanks Quad for the info. I have made sure everything is connected correctly,also I have had my local diesel shop do the same to make sure I did not miss something. Thanks again. coobie :D

I have the same error codes 0192 and 0237, usually they show up after I have used my exhaust brake (BD) and then the engine sounds like it is misfiring, no power and lots of black smoke. I have to shut it down and restart to get it run right, not always on the first try though. the truck is an 04 with 6 speed. Been thru the the connections at motor and box and put an electronic choke on the harness per tech support but still have the problem. Any ideas?

Has it ever done it without using the brake? Off the top of my head I cannot see why the brake should make any difference at all, but maybe I need to do some research on it? Do you know much about the install or did you have someone do it?

If there is a lot of black smoke it seems that the truck is fueling heavily, but it is not getting air to the engine?

My other questions would be do you have gauges and where is the pyro located? I am wondering if the brake is not disengaging fast enough or something and causing some weird backpressure problems? I am not sure what the effects on the engine would be if that happened, but lots of black smoke and no power sounds a lot like a turbo problem. Obviously that is not the case, but I am wondering if the brake is getting the engine to do something weird?

Quad, thanks for replying. Yes I have gauges (BD Xmonitor TP/Pyro). The pyro is mounted post turbo. The brake is manually activated via switch on the shifter. I have installed all the components myself. The only other engine mods are AFE intake and Hog exhaust. Occasionally after the brake is engaged to slow down, the symptoms occur but they always happen when used for a full stop. The motor rattles and will not exceed 2,000 rpm. The brake was installed on the truck almost 2 years ago and I have never had any issue with it. The motor is a 04 HO 305/555. I run the box at 60 hp, I have never come to a full stop with it set above that. Hopes this helps with your diagnosis. Any other info you need?
