1999 Dodge Ram, no upgrades other than a quadzilla xzt. 1st or 2nd setting, all is fine. On 3rd setting, check engine light comes on, water in fuel light comes on, Check Guages light comes on, and oil pressure guage quits. CEL shows a P0237 code. change setting on switch, all lights go out except CEL, guage starts working and all is fine. Talked with Quadzilla, they replaced the unit, and the problems are still there. New MAP sensor today and same symtoms.

on the switch for the quadzilla, three wires. does anyone know which side of the switch is the stock setting, and which is the top setting?

any suggestions?

I don't have suggestions for your problems.

For the switch postion, look closely at the stalk of the switch, it will have a notch it it. With the switch toward the notch it should be in fuel+timing mode. The center is timing mode.

The Timing only setting is the same setting at their Max Mileage Module which is designed for better fuel mileage.

bump with new info -

found out yesterday, my buddy that was helping me on the initial install told me that while the truck was running after the initial install he stepped on the emergency brake pedal and disconnected the switch. the switch was in the timing and fuel position when it happened. after that is when we noticed the problems.

could it have ruined the ECM? I've replaced the MAP and IAT sensor last week.
