Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Quadzilla Recon

How about some feed back on this product... ... Is it any good? I am looking for an alternative to a cab full of gauges or the other higher priced gizmos similar to this one. I will be adding a smarty eventually so I won't need the controls on the other modules.

IF, You are adding a Smarty, you had better have gauges... or you will wish you did!

Are you familiar with the recon? It is 3 gauges in one little deal that mounts on the steering wheel. (or anyplace really) Gauges are next on the list... .

I just installed one in my truck last week. So far I'm happy with it, it works very well and was alot easier to install than a full analog set on the A pillar. I have the fuel pressure add on coming next week.

Update!!

So far... NO GOOD!!!



I am on unit #2 and 1/2 (new software installed on the 2nd unit) and I am on fuel pressure sending unit #3. Still no FREAKING FUEL PRESSURE!!!

The egt's varied from unit 1 to unit 2 by 100 deg at COLD idle also. I am as fed up with this as I can be. The people at quad have tried to be helpful, but their crap simply doesn't work. How many times do I need to try this Shi# before I get what I paid for?
