Guns, Bows, Shooting Sports, and Hunting quail hunting

Has anyone had luck hunting quail in Arizona? I would like to give it a try this year and I have never hunted them in Arizona before so any advice from those of you who have hunted them in Arizona would be appreciated.



I have looked at a number of guide services but they are just too much money for my budget. The kind of information which would be most helpful is where to go. I don't care which variety of quail I hunt, to me a Gambles is as much fun as a California Valley quail. I could spend a lot of time and fuel scouting, which is what I may end up having to do of course, so any help is very welcome. Thanks, Steve
