Competition Washington, PA Truck Pull Tuesday 8/13/02

Competition Back from the strip

Stacked & Jacked!!

He ran flawless all day long and put $800 in his pocket!

Second place got $300.

People still gasp when a 4x4 Diesel puts up a 12 second pass at over 100mph!

We are all dern fools for not dragracing. It is fun, easy on equipment and a bone stocker can win.

Go bracket racing at your local strip, put it in drive and race the same everytime, real good chance you will go home with some money. :D Oo.

Thanks all,

It was hot, the track is uphill (?), and they were hot-lapping us. But, Matt and crew at Quaker City treated us like pros and paid out a great purse. Thanks to CMNS_PWR and 83crewcab for helping out in the pits.

Gene forgot to mention the best thing there, a 3 cyl Perkins FB Harley! That thing was BADASS!!!!!

I have to admit, that Amsoil Cetane Boost really did the trick!;)

Congrats Eric!!!

Gene, what changed your mind about racing? At Munice you were on the sidelines, and now you say all that? Welcome to the dark side buddy! ;)

Andrew

$800 to win and no breakage.

I raced there last year, slipped that you know what clutch 1000 feet.

I doubt I will ever drag my truck seriously, but you never know when a stock engine may get swapped into the Sled Puller, and a nasty pair of slicks appears on a dually!;)

I was very impressed with Erics auto getting the power to the ground.

What were the 60 foot times?

I watched the video, people started standing up when Eric was midtrack, they new it was a hot run!:D

1. 71 60' when I wasn't spinning a four tires!

Hey Gene, let me know what the shipping is on that video! I wish you had digital! I have to go get one of those cameras.

I'm truly impressed Eric. 12. 5's in a full bodied 4x4. What does the truck weigh. You have to be near 7000k and I assume this was #2 only? Are ya gonna bring it here to Atlanta next month and put on a show for us?:D

Great Job sir... ... ... ...
