i have been looking for the same thing. the only one i know of is urethane spacers made by Daystar out of phoenix. find any daystar dealer and they can order them, or look online at thier catalouge and get the part number that way. IIRC 80 dollars is the retail price.

4 Wheel Parts sells Daystar. They have a 1. 5" and a 2. 5" for the 2WD trucks. I went with the 1. 5" because I'd be to high in the front when towing with the 2. 5". Good product and no problem with the alignment. Pics in gallery.
