Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Question about changing out the ECM

About 10 years ago I bought a used ECM that I sent to Marco in Italy to do the Catcher program. Bought the Smarty when they came out and used that for programming back to stock or what ever setting I needed. I'm thinking about putting the original ECM back on and keeping the other as a spare or selling it. Would I need to have it reflashed to reflect the current miles or other stuff or is it just good to go as is? No problems with the current ECM, just would like to put it back to original.

No problem using it. The mileage is unimportant unless you sell and someone notes a mismatch
