Question about medium-duty Jap trucks

I've discovered that certain model Hino, UD and Mitsubishi Fuso trucks sport wheels with a five-lug bolt pattern. Does anyone here know if this bolt pattern would be the same as the one used on my Dodge M-400 motorhome chassis, or is it some kinda funky metric pattern?

Don't know for sure but I bet its metric. Most Japanese vehicles use a metric bolt pattern.
