Question about new DC cash offer?

My truck has finally arrived. Got a call from the Dealer Wednesday exactly 2 months from the day I ordered it. Have not been able to get down to pick it up yet. Going in tomorrow morning. Now here is the question. DC put a web incentive on their website for an additional $500 cash back on 2500/3500 rams. You fill out a form and they e-mail you a certificate number to give to the dealer. The kicker is that it says that vehicles must be purchased from dealer stock. Is my truck which is sitting at the dealer considered dealer stock even though I ordered it? I know that it shows up online at fivestardealers.com if you search dealer inventory. If any one can shed some light on this I would appreciate it.

Check whether your name's on the window sticker. Mine was.

I would say it is not dealer stock.

Since it is a 99% guarantied sale.

But maybe dealer will be in a good mood and give you the rebate.

I would think that the dealer could find a way to do that for you, they find all different angles to take your money. Hope it works out for ya

Update Just picked up my Truck!

She looks great and runs like a top!! As far as the $500 e-centive from DC goes. I gave the dealer my Farm Bureau cert. and the email from DC for the $500 additional cash back, they did not even question it. So I ended up with $3000 Cash back. That $500 will come in handy for some upgrades. Thanks for the feedback everyone. I guess it's time to add a signature.
