Where is the FACTORY INSTALLED back seat cup holder: in the side panels or under console?

I know '95's had them in the sides and '97 and newer had them under the console.

Here is a link to pics of the side panel location.

Trim Option and it had to be checked...

95-96's were in the extended part of the cab on the side.

97-Up they were moved as stated to under the center console... ... . Andy

There's a cup holder available for my 1996? Wowzers. After all these years. And it's an SLT which I thought was just the bee's knees then.

Most of the time, we had children or dogs or children and dogs in the back seat. I am not sure if cup holders would have been a good thing or a bad thing. I think that the dogs might have been more careful, but only slightly. Now being reduced to mostly dogs back there, I, too, am curious. :D

Thanks Andy, it was a trim option. All the other (gray) panels I have say medium even though they came off SLT Laramie trucks.

I don't recall seeing these before I needed a pair to plug the holes in my 'new' ext cab panels. Anyone have a set laying around?

Matt, you can always add the later version, it gets sandwiched between the console and the mounting brackets. Neither of these are available from Dodge anymore.
