2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Question on 99 4x4 Front End Clunk

I have a 99 2500 stock ST 4x4 with 20K on it and I've had it since jump street. I have had the track bar replaced 4 times. Work'in on my second steering gear box(reman) and had the front end aligned 4 times along with some tie rod end replacement and I can't get a clunk out of the front end to save my life. All the parts that I'm using to replace the Mopar crap are Moog. I also replaced the steering shaft with a Borgeson. Has anybody out there been able to say they have got rid of that problem yet?I'm think'in about new coil springs and Bilsteins or more commonly know as a lift kit. I get most of my trouble when I turn to the right and it seems worse the hotter it gets outside. I really don't know what way to turn.

I have delt with the same sort of issues. I replaced my Steering box(PSC). Then I installed Darin's Track bar bracket. Still had a clunk after that when turning the wheel. Turned out that the bottom bolt on the track bar was not as big as the whole in the track bar. I ended up cutting up a car lot keychain and putting that around the bolt. Solved my problem.

MT, is that with the stock tracbar or aftermarket. i've replaced my tracbar with the moog version and the left tie rod end. i've got a pop that for the life of me i can't find. just replaced the front sway bar bushings with no luck.

yeah, finally, it's the trackbar bolt. going to put some insert in there or a bigger bolt. i have an aftermarket Moog trackbar.
