30K Maintenance time coming up Need to decide

fuel master...snake oil???

Just bought EZ change drain plug and tube. Haven't installed it yet but did screw the drain tube on to see how it works and I'm not sure it's right. Seems that the plate on the bottom that the tube pushes up when you thread it on is not straight with the plunger that is attached to it which actually lets the oil drain. This in turn pushes the plunger up crooked and off to one side. This doesn't seem to be correct to me and it may not matter but I don't want to have a problem with it not seating when tube is removed or mess the small o-ring on the inside of the engine up! Anyone else noticed if their plunger pushes up straight or maybe they're all crooked. Any info appreciated.

Thanks. I called Geno's and the guy there said it was not a problem. Some of them will push up crooked but it won't have any effect on it working properly or seating back correctly. Guess I'm just a worrier but when it comes to something that will be at least partially inside my engine I want to be sure. Thanks again.
