I don't know if it's the same thing, but when we installed my stage 4, it felt like it was slipping in and out of first off the line. I called ATS and they told us to check the line pressure. It seemed low, so they sent me a new valve body. We installed that and 1st was fine, but then it started to "slip" in second gear. I went on a trip to Col. this past June and visited ATS, while I was there, I had them check it out. First, I must have read the instruction's wrong and installed my temp. probe in the wrong spot. This was causing the 2nd gear " band's" or the spring for them to hit and not tighten, causing a slip in 2nd. They moved the probe to the pan and tightened the "band's" and I haven't had a problem since. I don't know if you have the same problem but I hope this point's you in some direction maybe. Good Luck! By the way,ATS service was awesome out there, they stayed 2 night's in a row, way past closing trying to find a leak that occured after the adjustment. Real friendly people!
