when I start my truck in the morning at @ 25-30 degrees outside the block heater has been plugged in all night when the key is turned on the fuel press jumps to @ 15psi and when truck starts it drops to @ 11 then when driving it fluctuates between 10 and 11 for 20 minutes or so and then goes up to 15 at idle. is this normal as the fuel is harder to push cold? and once the return fuel heats up the rest in the tank it is easier to push? or is it a warning sign op a lp failure? thanks

My 01 does that too. The fuel has to warm up before it goes in the engine. The block heater heats the fuel, etc. in the block not the tank so it stays only slightly warmer than the outside temp.

Mine will stay @around 11-13 psi before my truck gets nice and warm. Then it goes up to 15 or so once I've driven it around for a while. I would not worry about it too much unless it becomes excessively low. Just keep an I on it. You know your truck better than anyone else!!
