I had a question about a water leak. I noticed I had a water leak coming in from outside and my whole floorboard on the drivers side was soaked. So, I just took it out, ordered a new mat, and found that my leak was coming from the windshield seal. I had a new seal put in and it seemed good. So, I put my carpet in and thought all was well. I washed my truck a few days later and got in to fire her up and apuddle of water was on the floor! I looked around the windshield on the outside and found that there is a little gap in the top corners, the truck had a visor on it at one time, so I sealed it up with clear silicon sealant. Anyone else ever had this problem? I also wanted to know how to correctly drain the water out of my fuel filter, do you drain it with the engine running or shut off, how much can you drain out before you drain fuel and get air in the system? One more question, does anyone make a 4: exhaust for these 4X4 model trucks from turbo to tail, it would improve performance greatly and also sound better with this and a straight pipe. What is the total weight that can be towed by these trucks, trailer and load that is on trailer without being too heavy for the truck?

Re floor leak. Check to see if you are getting any water around the fresh air vents. There is a thread about this some time back. Mine leaked like a sieve. I siliconed around them and am waiting for the next deluge.

I believe the manual says drain the sediment not running. Don't remember if it says how much.
