Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Questions for Smarty owners

I just got my Smarty today. It is pretty impressive on#9. My truck is a 2001 HO and is totally stock otherwise. Will a boost fooler get me over 19. 5 lbs boost? If so, who sells a good one and what would the boost be? Remember, I'm totally stock.

My truck never ran more than 18. 5 before Smarty. Also, does the overhead computer remain fairly accurate?

Yes, A boost elbow will be a great addition. I am sorry that I did not ask you if you needed one

No the computer will not remain fairly accurate I put on a boost elbow and am running up to 30 lbs. I got my elbow out of the tdr classifieds

I would look at a BHAF and a larger exhaust with your boost elbow. Got to let it breathe and its cheap.
