Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) questions on converting auto to 5 or 6spd

hello tdr members i have a 2001 dodge quad cab 24V with amsoil airfilter and edge ez i am looking at converting my auto to a manual what is needed to do this what parts will i need is the computer different i am a new member to tdr so any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated

I was going to do the swap on my old truck and it was big $$. So I ended up with just getting a truck with a manual. I made two big mistakes... one was not getting a 6 speed, nv4500's are junk (swapping a 6 speed in this week), two: should have kept my auto truck and just went to DTT or Suncoast and had them do a rebuild.
