I could never use all of my fuel before, but now that I can. With the waste gate plugged I can hit 37 psi, waste gated it goes to 26. I only need or would use up to 32 hauling my loaded horse trailer out to western colorado this week. I don't have time to buy or build an adjustable elbow.

Which would run cooler and still allow enough power? Plugged 30 PSI or waste gated 26 PSI.

if your running the stock turbo, keep it at less than 32 psi, much beyond that and you get alot of hot air. HX35 max efficiency range is 28-32psi. So keep it wastegated.

I`d say plug it, and use your foot as the wastegate at 32-35psi. If you find your truck lagging on RPMs because of max boost pressure or EGTs then mebe reconnect the wastegate, and possibly adjust the travel of the diaphram to give you more boost before the w/g opens.

just my 2c of course heh
