Hand pump the lift pump with the bleed screw on top of the filter head loose. Once you have no air there close that off and keep pumping until you hear fuel flowing through the overflow valve, which should make sort of a whining sound. Now crack all the injector lines (you can do this before you start also) and crank the motor until you see fuel at the injectors. Tighten the lines and it should start up pretty easy. It will run a bit rough at first until all the air is purged out. Hope this helps.
