Quick info needed on Vagabond Trailer

I have an opportunity to buy a Vagabond Travel Trailer manufactured by American Travel Systems. I will not be towing this trailer except once to bring it to my property. It is a 40' model with one slideout, three axles and a 5th wheel hitch. It is clean and everything works, but I am hoping to get feedback as to the quality and longevity of the build of this trailer. Any info/ help at all is much appreciated as I soon have to make a decision to buy it. I realize that not needing to tow it obviates some of the need for a quality trailer, but at the same time I do not want to buy a poorly built trailer known to have problems. TIA!!
