Quick Release tool box?

Do any of the p/u bed tool box mfgs make 'quick release' mounts? I've seen the Slide System rails but I really would prefer a below the rail tool box that mounts to the floor of the bed.

I think Pro-Tech is your answer

I haven't actually seen them installed, but Pro-Tech has some kind of optional mounts for the over the bedrail boxes that clamps to the bedrail instead of bolting on. I'm not sure how it attaches to the box itself though... Looked pretty simple to install and remove though.
