Can someone please give me a quick rundown of the few major big 12v injectors? Or maybe knows of a link to a good comparison?

Sorry for all the newbie questions, but I'm a dumb first genner, and just want to learn more about the newer engines.

The only dumb question is the one not asked, right?

Thanks,

Chris

Thanks. I know that big EDM's are probably the best way to go, but as of yet they're prohibitively expensive.

It seems like 370's are the most popular of the big injectors as of yet.

Thanks!

exactly, the EDM's are sweet, but for the average guy looking for some more power over stock, the 370's are tough to beat... I'll wait till I go twins before I pony up the cash for some shower heads. :D

I dunno... Comparing my truck to one I drove with 370's... I like the honed ones better. No flat spot in them when you are driving the thing. Nice and linear.

I feel the extra cash was worth it.

Nice and smooth, easily drivable and no smoke when you dont want it.

Are you talking about the DD extruded honed ones?

About what size are the stage 3 extruded honed DD's?

And what the heck are "megamentals" and "supermentals"? What size are they, and do they go in 12v's?

I have some big injectors from Jeff Prince. Would not trade them for anything. They are big enough that if I press the pedal to the floor it will flood the engine and it will cut off.
