Competition Raced a builtup V8 S10

Here's the story some guy down the road thinks he's got a real hot V-8 S10. He's always goin by floored passin people & havin fun.

I was out in the yard today seen him go west & he must of turned around cuz next thing he's goin east past my driveway.

I told myself I gotta try him & see what happens.

So I hopped in my truck took off & caught up with him & followed him ti his place. I get out of my truck & said sounds like you have a good runnin truck there. He says yup,gotta 400 block w/350 crank 377 cubes,he also tells me how good it runs,he beats alot of cars & etc nobody can hardly touch him. I say wanna race? He says what you got & I point to my 94 4x4 Ram & he says why you wanna race you know you can't even come close I say I think I can,he ask you got nos or propane?I say no,he says OK lets go down the road to where ot's safe. We line up & he says go ahead so I did & he couldn't catch me. I stop we talk alittle ,he says what did you do got nos I say nope just a Diesel. So he wanted to try it again he won (I missed 3rd) so we went once more this time he wants to start even. Well I dumped the clutch & sat there smoking

& he won so I guess I'll have to get a HX40 on it for next time.

An HX40 is going to make you spin worse

You need to launch in 4wd then youll jump him out of the hole.

I probably should a put my window up too I couldn't here my engine & think I just dumped it w/too many rpm. I'll have to try the 4 wheel lanch next time. When do you shift outta it?I've even been thinking about getting one of the 2low kits & put it on the shifter & hook it to the 4H side?

Oh, I think I need a few more ponies that a HX40 will give to be sure to stay ahead of him.
