I'm only owner of this 1998.5 last five years has had a Michimoto aluminum radiator and removed the magnetic drain plug and initially nothing flowed out. Poked a screwdriver in the hole and it's packed with a matelic paste and eventually antifreeze starts flowing. Never seen that before. Cause for concern? What could be making metal?
Edit: I have been naughty and put in the quick fix trying to fix a head gasket problem. Maybe two bottles...or three....

I have no idea how you’d get all that out of the cooling system. Maybe contact the manufacturer, they may know of an “antidote”?

I'm not sure that any amount of flushing will get it out! Only way to be sure is a total tear down of the cooling system, and then you'll still have some in the cooling ports of the engine. Good luck and don't overlook the heater core!

What product did you use?

I prefer the old school leak fix, coarse black pepper! Was easy to flush out of the system for when a permanent repair could be preformed. Used to carry this in HS when driving a "67 Mustang that was work in progress! And this was with a radiator that could be soldered! Worst case was cutting and folding over a core to get off the side of the road! Have never liked a "leak fix in a bottle" cure. Too many cooling ports or passages that could get plugged up. Have seen heater control valves become jammed up with coolant leak fix! Too each their own choices for their vehicles. The fine print on some of those things said to be flushed out within a certain amount of time to avoid extensive repairs. I guess this was their CYA and meant to get off the side of busy road without a tow. Maybe they've change since then, but still wouldn't take the chance with my truck.
