I had actually considered getting one of those but at the time they were sold out and said about 3 weeks before more came in from China.
Mishimoto's are high but I'm not sure I would consider them junk although this is the 1st one I have ever owned so I don't have a lot of testing to go by. The build quality is definitely there. Again I only paid $389 for it so basically the same as the KKS radiator, that's mainly the only reason I went for it

Well I have heard alot of BAd thing's about them .And I was one of the last 1's to get 1 of the other Radiator's before price increase so I got 3 for 297 each
