I've read up on radiator problems people have had, but I wanted to post this since it seems like a defect or something.

I just noticed my radiator leaking a couple days ago and yesterday it really started puking. There was fluid dripping from the driver's side drain valve and looked like it was drooling down the edge of the tank. At first I thought it was the notorious plastic tank/aluminum core seal problem, but following the drool up the tank, I found a couple cracks in the tank itself.

Has anyone else seen this?

I haven't seen it on a Dodge, but my wife's Toyota Sienna had a similar crack. I found that some people had repaired there's using a small soldering iron and plastic from zip ties as filler material. They claim it works, but I got a new radiator for my wife. I might repair the old radiator and use it on a stationary engine project, but not on a vehicle I drive a longer distance than I want to walk back home...
