Radio Auxiliary buttons don't work

My Streering wheel radio Auxiliary buttons slowley stopped working. If I had my steering whel tilted up they would not work. When I tilted it down they would work but now they have stopped working. I have a service manual read thru what could be wrong I looks like I ight have a bkoken ground wire where the wheel tilts. I don't thing it is the clock spring.



Has any one else had this problem some help where to look would be great.

I have not seen that with the radio switches but I have many times with the ignition switch wiring... ... ... anything is possible. The switches are resistive if you decide to check them out
