Radio. Working? or Not!

Has anyone had the problem of after their truck was in the shop for work the radio sometimes will work when cranked, then the next time it wont. And may not work for a couple of days. Or might work for a couple then quit the next time you kill it. And start it up agian. Iam throwing codes 514,513?06,3500,FWD,4 door, 6spd,5. 9 cummins. New South Bend clutch. 132,000 miles and counting. CBONHAM BIGREDDODGE.

If they are "P" codes then this is what the manual says.
With code 513, this is probable causes

INCORRECT VIN PROGRAMMED IN THE PCM
NO COMMUNICATION WITH SKIM
NO VIN PROGRAMMED IN THE PCM
IGNITION KEY​

GENERAL NETWORK ERROR
KEY NOT PROGRAMMED
INCORRECT KEY
INCORRECT VIN IN ECM ORSKIM​

LOSSS OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ECM AND SKIM

514 code is battery temp sensor

BATTERY TEMP SENSOR​

INTERMITTENT CONDITION
Does your truck have the factory alarm and ignition disable? The 513 code seems to do with the key and it not communicating with the truck. Are you giving the dealer a NON-Origional key to use while the truck is in the shop?
