Radio ?

My radio works intermittently. Some days it works fine. Other days it will not come on at all. I have tried turning off the truck, restarting and nothing... Then the next day, without doing anything, it will work again as if nothing was ever wrong. When it is not working, I have noticed a light on in the CD slot and around the volume/tuning knobs. It does not loose time or radio station presets. with 39K showing, I think I am too late for dealer warranty issue... .



Does anyone have any good thought as to where I should start looking?



06, 2500, Thunder Road, 2wd, QC, Auto, 2wd, Stock but wanting gauges...

My 06 did the same thing!! When I took it back to dealer they said they would have to remove it, send it in, leave a hole in my dash, then replace it once fixed... I went down and had a pioneer installed at the local Car shop... Loved it every day until I sold the truck! ( The radio was the least of my problems). .
