AKA RPCV

I had a Duramax years ago that had a "lopey" idle. Replacing the RPCV cured it. I saw some talk about this in the latest TDR issue. I searched here and found nothing about it.

I am running a TST. 61,000 miles on this 2004 Cummins. I find I'm getting some rough running with more clatter than usual and surging during moderate acceleration. I think I'm going to replace this unit first. Thoughts?
