Ram 2500 deisel Bluetooth

Hi,
Im have trouble with the Bluetooth phone working properly in my 2011 Ram 2500. I was wondering if there is sencor or something I can replace or get repaired. It accepts my phone but usually wants to call 911 instead of calling then name I say or shuts off.
My phone is a Motorola android, if that makes any difference.

That rules out speech characteristics. So the next step is to test the trucks Bluetooth with another phone. Can you borrow a friend or colleagues device to test with?

You didn't mention the year of your truck. Is it new or used?? If used, you may have to have it reset to factory defaults and start all over. It may be trained for te previous owner.

Verify that your downloading the phone book. Simply look up contacts on the U connect screen once you are connected via blue tooth.

Next step, unhook truck batteries for an hour to reset the Bluetooth module

What model of phone? What model radio?

Radio model 730N CD/DVD/HDD/NAV........phone is Motorola 4G LTE.....version 6.0.
I *reentered everything and thought it was working, but then it went back to "call my house" and get "are you sure you want to call 911"..... so I guess it didn't work*
