RAM air intake manifold!

I'm buying an air intake manifold for my '05 RAM 2500 Cummins. Does anyone have any experience with these? Thank you. Paul VT.

are you referring to the "cfm plus" "afe bladerunner" etc etc or the full replacement manifold such as the banks or the zz manifolds. I'm sure there are others. I had the afe blade runner on my 03 and have the cfm on this truck. I think they help just by the seat of the pants feel.

Yes, those are some of the available ones. I have ordered one that is actually an aluminum tube 3 1/2" diam. that cost $140. It looks smoother and with a broad gentle curve to it. Has a mounting plate welded to it that mathes the heater mount. We'll see how it works. Thank you for your reply! Paul VT.

I have one made out of stainless that is mandrel bent. I am not sure what they are worth now. It was $150. Do a search on cooler tubz. A tdr member TWorline makes them. I did some tests and it did help. I did rolling accelleration test. And the Sop dyno approved.

I run a GDP and from the research I did there is really nothing that will out preform it, especially considering the cost.

One intake horn that is backed by EXCELLENT customer service, and also performed very well on the Dyno sheets, is the intake horn by GDP.

They are also now making a "tunnel type" intake plenum which should also flow better to our CTD.
