Today I was by Hendricks Dodge in Charleston, SC and saw a sliver RAM with a black diagonal stripe going up to a wing on the bed with the name DAYTONA cut out of the stripe, it also had an SRT 10 hood, 20" wheels and I think a hemi. From the tailgate trim I'm sure it was an 06. Didn't have time to get a real good look at it. Anyone else seen one of these? Not that I would buy one - no Cummins no truck.

There's one running around where I work. Every time I see one of those tailgate spoilers on a pickup I can't help but wonder if it does anything at all besides look nice.

Why couldn't they just mount the wing to a tonneau cover?

I stopped and checked one out, Hemi, 4x4 with 20"s and non functional scoop. It's just a hemi truck with a hood, sticker and bed obstruction.

I saw one too. It has the SRT-10 hood and scoop. But unlike the SRT-10 the scoop grill is closed off so the rain will not get on the motor.

I would have liked to have that part when I put the hood on my pickup... spent some time making a block-off plate so the rain would not get on the Cummins.

Anyone know if the hood pad is plain (wo script) or says 'Daytona' on it?

I used the SRT-10 hood pad that says 'Viper' on it.
