Ram Grill belt buckle in TDR issue #30

Did anybody but me see the belt & buckle in the Dodge ad on the back cover of issue #30? Is this and advertizing dept. rendition? or is there actually such a thing? If it's a mockup for the ad, I think it would be a hot seller for Geno's garage. I must have one!
