My 2014 3500 came with a CD as an owners manual, I see the manual sets can be downloaded online, which I've done.
I guess it's a money saver for Ram not to provide them, but I would prefer the hardcopies and paid big bucks already for
this truck. Has anyone been able to obtain the hardcopies from Ram?

My 2014 3500 came with a hard copy book and a DVD.
There is more detail in the DVD but the book is handy to look up how to operate all the electronic features.

On the back of the DVD slipcover at the bottom is an 866 number to call and request a hard copy. That's my plan.

I have the paper and CD for my old truck from day one. And one thing I've noticed is I have hardly opened the hard copy.
I usually have an iPad with me when in the truck, and especially on long hauls, and it has been very helpful if a question pops to mind.
And when at home working on her, I print the pages needed and use that in the garage. The if I oil / grease them, what the heck.
If not, I through them in a binder so I can use them in the future.
Like I said, my hard copies are like new and I know they are somewhere in this house.

My dealer gave me the owner's manual packet still wrapped in the cellophane. I haven't opened it, I confess. I use the owner's manual and the diesel supplement I downloaded from www.ramtrucks.com and I also bought the factory service manual on CD.

Go to www.ramtrucks.com
bottom right, click on Owner and Service Manuals
Big box on bottom left, click "Go" for manuals from 1981--present at Tech Authority
Now you enter your Ram's information and use the drop down menu to go to service manuals
