I saw a variation of one at Cerritos Dodge in Ca. It only had the roof extension (with a 20" TV up there). Sorry, I don't remember the price, but I think it was a $10 markup.
To each his own with the looks, but I'm surely not a fan of it.
If you get rid of the windows, improve the mirrors. They don't look that big, and without any windows, it would be a pain to back a trailer around a corner. I like having a rear slider to get some air in without all the wind noise.
It looks sort of cool and sort of stupid all at the same time.
It looks better in person than in pictures,it also has straight pipes no muffs. It has D/C's blessing on the structure integrity. They experimented with and w/out windows and the windowless look got the vote. Anybody that buys a conversion is not going to squawk about the cost. I have watched that for years in the van conversion market. The high end vans went for an ungodley sum.
