i think that guy should have waited for the real 4 doors... those smaller than normal doors look werid. the rear window looks way too long. I wish dodge did have something like the excursion id have one. I like big suv's. I really dont use my pickup part too much so id appreciate being able to pack all my friends in my "excursion/suburban" dodge with a cummins .
I agree with you about the rear doors, but the photos depict what appears to be a nice quality conversion... . doesn't look hacked like alot of conversions I've seen. I wonder if it would look better on a swb versus lwb -- I think the conversion shown is a long bed.
There are things about an SUV that are appealing, yet I don't think I'd give up the convenience of putting just about anything inside my truck bed. As an example, I'd be hesitant to put a stinky ol' generator in an SUV, whereas I never think twice about putting it in the back of my pickup.
On the flip side... . It would sure be nice to have the room in the back of an SUV for my German Shepherd and real Subwoofer
I wonder what that conversion costs?
Well... . I owe, I owe... . so off to work I go!!!Oo.
I must admit, the SUV conversion looks damn good. Considering the picture of the 2nd Gen SUV and the 6 door custom extended cabs, I imagine they could make you an '03/'04 SUV with a set of rear doors as big as your wallet...
