Rambox and 5th Wheel Hitch?

I noticed you can't order the Rambox along with the 5th Wheel Prep Group....I really want the Ramboxes but want the ability to add a 5th wheel Hitch if I need one down the road. Has anybody done both?

I think what 12V98 means is that the pin box will it the box sides on a turn.. they do stick back quite a ways from the kingpin.
