Ramco Turbofyner

I have searched the forums here and elsewhere and can find no mention of what appears to me to be a good, or at least interesting, system. The Ramco Performance Turbofyner is a fuel filter and water separator, similar to other such products, but also has the capability of heating the fuel. Does anyone have any experience with, or knowledge of, this product, or its manufacturer? Recommend or avoid? Thanks.
