Pretty sure that you can get original used or new aftermarket hood ornaments on ebay for a fair price.

Are are you wanting a NOS Mopar unit? I find them available time to time on eBay new but you are looking at $150.

That's the one BG and no Robert I don't want to pay $150. I had an 81 W150 years ago and the spring had been removed and a bolt put in it's place so it was mounted solid. I have seen several on amazon and Ebay but don't know the quality. David

Would be nice to find this thing a new home. I'm thinking it would be around $15.00 to ship, don't know if it would be extra to Canada. This one still has rthe spring, it is original as far as I know. It looks to me like it is chrome plated plastic. bg

I have a NIB NOS extra Rams Head ornament which I bolted solid to my 91.5

I'm looking for the baseplate & spring assembly if anyone has one - does yours have the baseplate & spring B.G. ?

Shadrach - I did have an extra one from my 81 W150 which is probably in the barn somewhere I will keep an eye out for it for you, but its just the ornament, no baseplate or spring.

Is there a gasket or something that goes underneath the thing . Also, anyone carry the one with the lit up eyes ?
