Competition My new handle

Competition Dumped the coolant at 1000 ft.

Out of 4 passes my best was a 10. 09 @ 66. 9 with a 2. 14 60ft. Not too terribly bad for a 4x4 on 35's I guess, but I don't really have any others to compare it to. What do yall think, mods are in my signature.

Where you lauching with any boost? If not try 10lbs in 4 wheel. . My truck has been detune to tow with Mach 1. 6s now with HTT 62/12 turbo and edge on 5x5 1. 74 60ft 8. 41 @81mph. I lauched at 12lbs of boost Truck does have a Full billet DTT trans.

I'm pretty sure that because my stock transmission won't immediately lock the converter in 2nd and 3rd is what's killing the ET. I was leaving on some boost and it just chirps the tires, but the truck don't lock the converter in 3rd till I'm almost through the 1/8th mile.

BTW, were you launching in 4wd because of tire spin? My truck was just barely chirping the 35's off the line.

With out 4 wheel truck would not move just a smoke show. Your stock trans is very lazy your not putting much power to the ground. To lock converter sooner you will need a lock up switch.
