Engine performance

Of course put fuel in tank first, loosen the fitting where the fuel line goes into the injector pump, have someone get in truck and turn key to start position, release but leave key in on position, lift pump should run a few seconds and fill he filter and push fuel out the fitting after a couple of cycles. Tighten that fitting and loosen two or three injector lines where they tie into head (just a round or so). Now try to start truck, watch the injector lines, when fuel starts coming out pretty clear, stop and tighten fittings. Truck should now start. Don't run the starter too long in each attempt, maybe turn the engine over three or four time so it won't over heat. The fuel pressure at the injectors when attempting to start or while running is extremely high and can be dangerous to your bod so be careful. bg
