INTERCOOLER-INTAKE UPGRADES

I'm having random no start/not turning over, like battery completely dead problem with my '04. When I get in and turn the key, absolutely nothing. My mechanic son said jiggle the positive power cable coming into the Fuse and Relay Panel with the key on and you should hear a click and then try to start. This works but I'm wondering what is the underlying problem. The connection is clean. See photo. It is happening more frequently now so anyone else have a similar problem?

If it were me, I would take apart, and clean the Pos power cable connections. Then turn it over, without giggling. If that doesn't work, have someone turn the key, while you slowly bend, just a little, areas of that cable, and see if that works. If so, replace the wire. If that doesn't work, turn the key, and giggle the fuse box. If it then starts. Take each fuse out, and make sure each fuse terminal is clean. Clean out the box too, with compressed air. Then give it a try. If that doesn't work, then take out the fuse box, and make sure there isnt corrosion on the Canbus connections, underneath. Perhaps a very small amount of dielectric grease on the connections would help. Then give it a go. If you get that far, you should have about everything covered, that is simple.

I replaced all cables just over a year ago with so called military spec heavy duty replacements but I will go through your recommendation and report back the results. Thank you for your input.
