If I drive around town during the week slowly ie no high rpms. I will try and start it.
It fires right up then dies but if I open the fuel drain on the factory filter and let the pump shove some fuel out and then close it.
It then fires up and runs perfectly for 1,2 or 3 weeks and then if I putted around then same problem but quick fix and back on the road.

Am I losing vacuum or something not tight the pump is mounted as instructed.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Sounds like you have a slow leak in the fuel system allowing air to get in. Start at the injection pump and thoroughly work your way back and check for any signs of a leak. It will probably be pretty minor and not very obvious. Fuel hose, connections, filter housings, pumps etc check everything. If this is an Air Dog Raptor I have personally seen several of them with defective internal seals that allow fuel to weep into the motor so examine the pump carefully for dampness as well Especially at the grommett where the electrical connection is. It will get soft and swollen from fuel if it has been leaking for an extended time.
