Cummins I-Con

I just installed a used Raptor fueling module that I got on e-bay.

The SOP dyno numbers are :) and:--) . I know my truck is "mild" compared to many on the streets but wow it really runs:)



This is how they shoulda come from the factoryOo. Oo.



I rode in a co-workers 1/2 ton Hemi and acceleration was similar maybe even faster in the Cummins (not real sure, I drive my stuff easy and have yet to really get into it, just kinda roll into the throttle... a little more each time) I am sure the Hemi will post better times but since I ain't racin who cares, the :) :--) factor is close

I really like the Raptor. It will be interesting to see your dyno numbers. What I like about it is not only do you get the power, but it is smooth, not peaky, across the band.
 
This is the only performance module I have tried so I have no comparison. You are right the power is very smooth kinda think it mirrors the factory power curve only higher, might even come in at a little lower RPM's tough to say.



I have not noticed ANY smoke at all, the boost will climb to around 26 psi really fast. Overall EGT's may have dropped a little. Not had a chance to tow with it but am sure it will be great. The one guy that rode in it said "This is a diesel? I gotta get one of these!". No chance to check fuel mileage yet either. Fuel pressure still never drops below 10psi at WOT and best of all the Automatic seems happy.

Bad news is I already think I want injectors! Whoever said Power is addictive was Right. I used to hate my one hour each way commute, now I look at it as a chance to play. Can't believe I drove a 4 cyl. Trooper back and forth for years and years (great truck, just not a FUN vehicle).
