They were asking $15995. 00. BTW have you tried looking for a 12 valve 4x4 "manual" very rare. I was searching looking for a truck and this came up. I was on some auction site called ioffer. Well I was going to buy it just wanted to talk to someone. You are not allowed to have contact at all. So I found it Friday and it sold on Friday or Saturday. I guess I should have went for it. If it was on ebay (well the price would have been way up) I would have bought it.

Its not perfect but for that rare baby I would have overlooked it. .

I also ran carfax on it and it was a corporate lease for a while and then 1 owner after that. Also 80,000 miles of service on paper. I figured that was the corporate lease...

I love those rare QC 4x4's. .

On another note about 2 years ago there is a farmer that has a black quad cab 5 speed 4x4 in his garage with about 6,000 miles on it. He won't sell it he don't drive it. .

The only hole in that truck is a bird **** on it on hood he never cleaned it off and ate through paint. I would love to have that one... ...

i know where there is one for sale with around 80k miles on it. it has a set of twins, dd stage 4 pump, heavy duty input shaft, haisley's clutch it's a nice truck and it made 560rwhp with dd3's on a mustang 250, i would think it's in the mid 600's on a dyno-jet. i think he is asking around 25k.

Are you talking about my husbands??? He isn't no dyno queen though. Cept his isn't for sale. If you are its not funny. Last he left off he was installing a new cam and intercooler. So it sits tore down in garage.



Actually I sold my 01 eth and I am looking to replace it with a 12 valve. I was tired of being overvalved. I need one to haul my horses all over. I want a 4x4 5 speed 12 valve. They are hard to find. Oh and I need it before October 11, is that too much to ask... ... ... .

Looks like mine, except mine isnt a sport model. I even have the same brake controller in mine.

QC, LWB, 4X4, 5 speed, 12 valve.

I'm however keeping mine forever.

BTW it says 10/97 on the door sticker which would mean a 12 valve engine, but that sure looks like a 24 valve tailpipe to me.

Boosts my ego somewhat also. I purchased mine in feb from a local small auto dealer. He had it for like 2 weeks and I always figured it was too expensive for me. I thought it was a 1999-newer (it has the newer sport bumper/grille). It was actually a 12-97 prod date, so 12V QC. It has the ranco leveling kit, Boyd Coddington wheels, 5-speed, tan interior, 114,997 miles, in short, exactly what I wanted. I still figured 16K plus. Boy was I surprised when I picked it up for 13K. Im not braggin or anything, but there are still deals to be had out there.

Well when we bought Brandons that was over 3 years ago. We paid 25000. 00. We looked all over. Bought it from Wyoming. We were excited to get it. They are so hard to find.



I am even willing to pay a good price...



Those are really good deals. Heck I just want a 5 speed 12 valve 4x4 the manuals are really hard to find. The auto's are a dime a dozen... ... .....

I have a rare twin turbo'd quad cab sitting torn apart in my garage... ... ... . I am sure Brandon wouldn't appreciate you bringing this up again and again. We have a ton of money in it and it doesn't run... ... ..... VENTING. . (I feel a little better)



and as for good deals. I never get em. First of all I am always in a hurry when I want something. Second I make a good habit of buying high or new and selling low.



So I appreciate your concern I do love that clutch... I need something to haul my horses standing up... .

Yup, I paid $12,400 for mine this past Jan/Feb. Loaded lariat, leather, infiniti etc. Had tuff country bumpers, 4" exhaust and 150K. Truck was almost spotless, for 4 days :{ .

I know of one in wisconsin for sale. Its a 98 12v 5spd SB but its a Club cab not a quad cab... . I think i would have traded mine in on it if it would have been a long bed... . and would for sure if it was a long bed quad cab. *Sigh*

Thats the thing auto's are a dime a dozen like Fords but when it comes to a manual its tuff to find one... .....

Ya some but they are rare. I couldn't believe I found the one I found.



98 QC SB 5 speed with 62000 miles 4X4 all stock except the stock plate was slid all the way forward. Not a dent or a scratch even. Custom ordered for him (the original owner), interior looked like new etc. . Only towed a 7,000 pound fifth wheel %25 of the time. I paid 14,500 he was asking 14,900. I was the first person to look at it and after I drove it I told him I would take it.
