Rattling window controls

I just got my 04. 5 3500 about two weeks ago and I have a rattle in the drivers door that is driving me insane. I did a search but only saw rattles related to the door panel itself or the speakers. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the window control switches rattling around, especially with the stereo on? When I push on the control its stops but as soon as I let go its back again. Dealers wasn't able to resolve it, they replaced the switches but I think its the way the panel actually sits in the door panel.

With 19,000 miles on my 04, there are absolutely no rattles.

I have the same exact noise,press on the controls and its gone let go and drives me nuts. I haven't been back to my dealer yet but I figure it will be the same as you experienced. I'll let you know if I find a fix.

Bringing this back from last year. Has anyone found a way to fix the annoying door rattle with the stereo on. No, I dont want to shut the radio off. I removed the door panel today and also removed the power window controls. Then I wrapped the edge of the opening with electrical tape. It helped, but the rattle is still there. Very annoying on long trips.

Have you tryed wrapping the harness to the switch in a foam tape?
