Well I just wanted to ask what some of you thought about RCD products and Mickey Thompson tires not trying to get into a heated talk. I have come across a new 6" long arm kit includes 5100 bilsteins. and I was looking at Mickey thompson baja mtz. in a 35" I dont go and bash on the truck I am looking for a better ride with more height. I hunt and fish and do drive on alot of gravel BLM roads here in Oregon. the deal I'm getting its not like its a once and a life time thing I know there are others out there trying to stay under

2k for the suspension. any help from all the experts (in my own experience) I thank you and hope to hear from you all soon.

Do you really need 6" to clear 35's?

I had a Skyjacker 4. 5" kit on my truck with 35's and lots of room. I would think you could go to a small 37 with that kit.

i cleared 35's with a level kit and aftermarket wheels. factory offset wasnt gonna work for me.

i would save the cash if utility is the only reason to lift. i would also check out the race type suspensions offered by a few venders of this site (kore, lorenz... . ) i think there entry level kits would stay in budget. they claim to clear 35's with there kits (3").

I have a 94 Dodge with 3" body lift, 6" Cepek long arm suspension kit, and the 38 " MTZ tires. The tires balanced out really nice and has given me a good, quiet ride.

I would stay away from anything with mickey thompson's name on it if you want a good ride. Just my opinion but I have had nothing but bad experiences with MT tires.
Isaac

I think the Cepek lift is the best one out there and I doubt you'll be sorry if you buy it----in fact I based my front end off the Cepek lift and I couldn't be happier----chris
